Frequently we hear complaints about how one party can politically dominate Town Council and dictate what our future will be.
What can we do as residents of Munster?
The solution is in the power of your vote!
By not exercising our right to vote, we are forfeiting the opportunity to dictate the future of our town. We lose our ability to voice our opinions on issues like taxes, education and planning for our town's future.
Unfortunately, past elections have seen a decrease in voter turnout. Your neighbors on the Munster Democratic Precinct Committee are working to change this. This coming year we have an important opportunity to have a voice in our local elections.
We will be working hard to increase voter turnout by educating voters on early and absentee voting, locating polling places, and talking to our neighbors personally about upcoming elections.
We are a "Party of the People" and it's your "Right to Vote" - let's use it!
